Using Photoshow
By using Photoshow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What you can do:
- Install and use the app on your personal devices
- Import and display your photos and videos
- Create slideshows and cast to external displays
What you can't do:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass premium features
Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium subscriptions are managed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store, not by us.
- Billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled by your app store
- Refunds: Request through your app store — we cannot process refunds directly
- Prices may change; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal
Your Photos
- You own your photos. We don't claim any rights to your content.
- We don't upload your photos. Everything stays on your device.
- Back up your photos. We are not responsible for data loss.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, always available, or meet your specific needs. We're an indie developer doing our best, but we can't promise perfection.
Liability
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We are not liable for:
- Lost photos or data (back up your own content)
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party services
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Dispute Resolution
If you have an issue, please email us at [email protected] first. Most problems can be resolved quickly and informally.
Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally first.
Step 2 — Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue formal legal action in the courts of Dublin, Ireland (subject to EU consumer rights above).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
